We differ from most general contractors in that our books and prices are open to review by our clients. There will never be any hidden costs. Our fee is simple. It is the cost of the work by our sub-contractors plus PDB fee for contracting, managing and supervising the project. We will never mark up our subcontractors’ bids in order for us to make more money. This is the only way for an open, honest relationship between builder and owner in which everyone knows they are getting the best product for the best possible price.
As each client is different, we are always open to other fee arrangements that would make the client feel as comfortable as possible.
Once we have all the sub-contractors in place, we provide to the client a detailed spreadsheet with costs and descriptions of every phase of construction process. In addition, we provide complete specifications of each materials being used as well as possible cost saving changes.
