From the start of your project, there will be full time supervision on the job everyday. That person will be solely responsible for your job and will not be balancing their time between multiple jobs. All activity done on site as well as decisions, selections, questions will be recorded in a daily report that gets e-mailed to the client every day of the work week. This ensures that all members of the team which includes the client and Architect know what is going on from start to finish.
A Project Manager will also be assigned to the project that will be responsible for contract administration between client, sub-contractors, architect and field supervision.
